Wash unripe plantain, and put in a pot and boil. When it boils for about 30 minutes, add more water, tomatoes, pepper and dried fish and boil for a little while. Add salt crayfish and seasoning like maggi cube. Add oil and simmer for 10minutes or until the liquid is thick or a little bit thick. Serve hot, especially in the cold season.
