President Paul Kagame of Rwanda has again defended his decision to accept people rejected by other countries citing his own personal experience as a refugee. Paul Kagame was speaking in Dakar, Senegal during the Africa Food Systems Forum 2025 Youth Town Hall. He also says the youth of Africa must start pulling their own weights instead of looking for quick fixes at home or abroad.
