𝗢𝗺𝗴𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Na het fantastische succes van vorige editie nodigen we jullie terug uit voor een heerlijk intensief weekendje dansen omringd door een prachtige natuur. We zijn zeer verheugd om welkom te zijn op La ferme du Bois-Le Comte in Orval. La ferme du Bois-le-Comte is een ecologisch verblijfcentrum in het zuidoosten van België. Een permacultuur domein van 10 ha omringd door bossen en weiden.

𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗷𝗳 𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗷𝗱𝗲𝗻:
Voor of na de workshop heb je de mogelijkheid om de omgeving en prachtige natuur te verkennen! De omgeving biedt tal van uitstapmogelijkheden. Bij het onthaal vind je stafkaarten (uitleenbaar) en een map met toeristische informatie.
We overnachten in twee-of vierpersoonskamers. Elke kamer heeft eigen sanitair.
Veerle Mees zal ons verwennen met lekkere maaltijden, 100% biologisch en plantaardig, met zoveel mogelijk verse en lokale producten.

Beide workshops zijn ‘open level’ waar zowel beginnende dansers als gevorderde dansers aan kunnen deelnemen.
👣Fanny en onze geweldige percussionisten zullen je ’s morgens gedurende 3 u onder dompelen in dans en je verwennen met zalige beats & vibes
👣In de namiddag is Cristina aan de beurt, je mag je verwachten aan een brok enthousiaste Spaanse energie!
🌞 Als het mooi weer is dansen we buiten!

𝓒𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓪 𝓡𝓸𝓼𝓪 (Spanje) is een danseres die haar carrière heeft gericht op het dansen met Afrikaanse roots, vooral uit West-Afrika. In haar lessen & workshops legt ze vooral de speciale nadruk op danstechniek, lichaamskennis en lichaamsbewustzijn. Haar onvermoeibare boodschap is dat de techniek je de vrijheid geeft om te bewegen en te genieten op een unieke en oprechte manier.
25 jaar (sinds 1997) studie en professionele ontwikkeling onderschrijven een persoonlijk en karakteristiek werk waarmee ze door verschillende landen heeft gereisd.
Een werk dat ze uitvoert in samenwerking met de geweldige muzikanten die haar omringen en die deel uitmaken van het succes van haar cursussen & workshops.
𝓕𝓪𝓷𝓷𝔂 𝓗𝓮𝓾𝓽𝓮𝓷 (Belgïe) is een passionele danseres, reeds 30 jaar intensief, onderzoekend en gefascineerd door Afrikaanse dans, waarbij het steeds op zoek gaan naar een eigen lichaamstaal en kleur een groot deel uit maken van de choreografische composities gebruikt in haar lessen en workshops.Haar focus ligt vooral op Afrikaanse dans, maar al die tijd ging haar interesse ook uit naar andere dansstijlen, waar ze zich intensief in verdiepte en waardoor ze een heel eigen en unieke dansstijl ontwikkelde.
Ze geeft lessen en workshops in binnen- en buitenland en is vooral bekend om haar passionele, eigenzinnige en uitgesproken manier van lesgeven.

Después del fantástico éxito de la edición anterior, te invitamos de nuevo a pasar un fin de semana maravilloso e intensivo de baile de danza en medio de la naturaleza.
Es un placer daros la bienvenida a “La ferme du Bois-Le Comte” en Orval.
“La ferme du Bois-le-Comte” es un centro de alojamiento ecológico en el sureste de Bélgica. Un dominio de permacultura de 10 hectáreas rodeado de bosques y prados.

Zona y Alrededores
Antes o después del taller, tendrás la oportunidad de explorar el área y la hermosa naturaleza que nos rodea.
La zona ofrece numerosas opciones de excursiones. En la recepción, al llegar, podremos obtener mapas topográficos (prestados) y una carpeta con información turística.

Alojamiento y comidas
El alojamiento será en habitaciones dobles o cuádruples.
Cada habitación tiene sus propias instalaciones sanitarias.
Veerle Mees nos cuidará con deliciosas comidas, 100% orgánicas y vegetales, con la mayor cantidad de productos frescos y locales posibles.

Los cursos
Ambos talleres son de ‘nivel abierto’ donde pueden participar tanto bailarines principiantes como avanzados.
Fanny y nuestros grandes percusionistas te sumergirán en el baile durante 3 horas por la mañana y te mimarán con maravillosos ritmos y vibraciones. Por la tarde, antes del final del día es el turno de Cristina y la energía española que la caracteriza.

Todas las habitaciones tienen sus propias instalaciones sanitarias, hay almohadas y mantas disponibles, las sábanas deben traerse, también existe la posibilidad de alquilar un paquete de ropa de cama por 15 € por persona, Asegúrate de mencionar esto cuando te inscribas.

𝓕𝓪𝓷𝓷𝔂 𝓗𝓮𝓾𝓽𝓮𝓷 es una bailarina apasionada, que lleva 35 años investigando intensamente, fascinada por la danza africana, en la que la búsqueda de su propio lenguaje corporal y el color forman gran parte de las composiciones coreográficas que utiliza en sus clases y talleres.
Su atención se centra principalmente en la danza africana, pero al mismo tiempo también está interesada en otros estilos de danza, en los que se sumergió intensamente y como resultado desarrolló su propio y único estilo de danza.
Imparte clases y talleres en Bélgica, su país, y en el extranjero y es conocida por su forma de enseñar apasionada, idiosincrásica y franca. Durante este taller de danza se prestará mucha atención al calentamiento (preparación física, conciencia corporal, estiramientos, relajación) y al trabajo corporal. El desafío a descubrir tu propio color, el desarrollo del lenguaje corporal y la superación de los límites son, además de la técnica, una gran parte del contenido del taller.
La interacción entre bailarines y músicos es fundamental. Debido a la intensidad del taller, le damos a nuestro cuerpo la oportunidad de experimentar los movimientos intensamente; por la repetitividad, en armonía con la música y por desarrollar una coreografía más profunda en colaboración con los músicos.
𝓒𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓪 𝓡𝓸𝓼𝓪 es una bailarina que ha enfocado su carrera en danzas de raíz africana especialmente del Oeste de África. En sus clases Cristina hace especial hincapié en la técnica de la danza y en el conocimiento del cuerpo y la conciencia corporal. Su mensaje incansable es que la técnica te da libertad para moverte y para disfrutar de una forma inigualable y sincera. Y ese es el pilar de sus cursos de danza, usando como herramienta un trabajo basado en las danzas del Oeste de África.
25 años (desde 1997) de estudio y desarrollo profesional avalan un trabajo personal y característico con el que ha recorrido una decena de países.
Un trabajo que realiza en unión con los maravillosos músicos que la rodean y que forman parte del éxito de sus cursos.

After the great success of the previous edition, we invite you back for a wonderfully intensive weekend of dancing surrounded by beautiful nature. We are very pleased to welcome you to La ferme du Bois-Le Comte in Orval. La ferme du Bois-le-Comte is an ecological accommodation center in the southeast of Belgium. A permaculture domain of 10 hectares surrounded by forests and meadows.

Surroundings
Before or after the workshop you have the opportunity to explore the area and beautiful nature.
The area offers numerous excursion options. At the reception you will find topographic maps (can be borrowed) and a folder with tourist information.

Lodging and meals
We spend the night in double or quadruple rooms. Each room has its own sanitary facilties.
Veerle Mees will spoil us with delicious meals, 100% organic and vegetable, with as many fresh and local products as possible.

The Workshops
Both workshops are ‘open level’ where as well starting- as advanced dancers can participate.
Fanny and our great percussionists will immerse you in dance for 3 hours in the morning and spoil you with blissful beats & vibes
In the afternoon it’s Cristina’s turn, you can expect a chunk of enthusiatic Spanish energy!

𝓒𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓪 𝓡𝓸𝓼𝓪 is a dancer who has focused her career on dances with African roots, especially from West Africa. In Cristina’s classes she places special emphasis on dance technique, body knowledge and body awareness. Her tireless message is that the technique gives you the freedom to move and to enjoy yourself in a unique and sincere way. And that is the pillar of her dance courses, using as a tool, a work based on West African dances.
25 years (since 1997) of study and professional development endorse a personal and characteristic work with which she has toured several countries.
A work that she performs in conjunction with the wonderful musicians that surround her and that are part of the success of her courses.
𝓕𝓪𝓷𝓷𝔂 𝓗𝓮𝓾𝓽𝓮𝓷 is a passionate dancer/choreographer, who has been intensively researching and fascinated by African dance for 35 years, in which the search for her own body language and color are a large part of the choreographic compostions used in her classes and workshops.
Her focus is mainly on African dance, but all the while she was also interested in other dance styles, in which she immersed herself intensively and as a result of which she developed her very own and unique dance style.
She gives lessons and workshopin Belgium and abroad and is best known for her passionate, idiosyncratic and outspoken way of teaching.
