Professor PLO Lumumba says one of the problems imposed on Africa is the one cap fits all approach of the former colonial rulers. The ethnic practises of African peoples before colonialism were not the same but people from the west just impose their ways on Africa. The Pan-Africanist Lumumba was speaking at the Conference On The Constitution in Uganda. He says the former colonial powers have merely put their puppets in power.
