Aboubakar Traoré & Balima

Aboubakar Traoré, from Bobo-Dioulasso, is a prodigy of the kamele n’goni and an exceptional singer. He recounts and rejuvenates the fabulous repertoire of the Mandingo griots, highlighting the daily challenges of his people and paying homage to the elders who have left their mark on the history of Africa, particularly that of Burkina Faso, his homeland.

This project brings together Belgian and African musicians. Their music, without borders, is firmly focused on the future.
