Eminent Pan-African thinker, PLO Lumumba says what peace means has to be redefined. Peace must not only mean the absence of war but also that people are able to have enough to sustain themselves. PLO Lumumba further emphasises the importance of African governments coordinating their strategies and policies. PLO Lumumba was talking during a Zoom conference about global peace.
