VEELKOPPIG COLLECTIEF UIT TOGO EERT VOODOO-RITMES EN AFROBEAT IN FUNKY GEHEEL

 \nHet is jazz\, het is pop\, afrobeat\, highlife\, funk en voodoo. Ze komen uit Lomé\, de hoofdstad van Togo. Midden in het gebied waar de West-Afrikaanse muziek opbloeide en grote successen vierde: de highlife uit Accra\, het Orchestre Poly-Rythmo uit Cotonou\, de legendarische Fela Kuti en zijn afrobeat uit Lagos. Vanuit deze invloeden creëerden de Togo All Stars hun opwindende\, eigen stijl\, waarin een zwaar-ritmische clash van soepele gitaren en diepe blazers het fundament vormen.
